Built for Tradovate-based workflows

FundedNotes is designed for traders who want to review Tradovate-linked performance without affecting execution. The platform is focused on analytics, journaling, and post-trade review rather than order routing.

Performance review after import

Once trades are imported, you can review P&L, best and worst trading days, average trade, win rate, and other performance metrics that help turn broker history into actionable review.

Journal around real executions

Each imported trade can be paired with notes, setup labels, mistakes, emotions, and screenshots so your Tradovate journal becomes a proper review system instead of a rough memory exercise.

Useful for prop firm traders too

Many futures traders use Tradovate-linked prop firm accounts. FundedNotes is structured to help those traders review discipline, stay aware of risk, and compare account behavior over time.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get Tradovate trades into FundedNotes?

Read-only Tradovate sync is live: click "Sync & Read Trades" and FundedNotes pulls your fills and balances on demand via Tradovate's official OAuth flow; it never places orders or moves funds. You can also export your Tradovate trade history and import it via CSV — either way FundedNotes builds your performance and journal from there.

Does FundedNotes support multiple Tradovate accounts?

Yes. Import history from a separate Tradovate account per prop firm — for example, one for Apex and another for Tradeify — and FundedNotes will track each account independently while showing combined performance across all of them.

Will the Tradovate integration be read-only?

Yes. Read-only Tradovate sync only reads completed trade history and account snapshots. It never places, modifies, or cancels orders, transfers funds, or changes account settings on your Tradovate account.

Is there on-demand Tradovate syncing?

Yes. Live read-only Tradovate sync pulls your fills on demand whenever you click "Sync & Read Trades" — there is no scheduled background refresh. You can also import your Tradovate trade history via CSV whenever you want to refresh your journal. Trades are deduplicated so re-syncs and re-imports only ever add new fills — they never duplicate or delete existing rows.

Which Tradovate-linked prop firms does FundedNotes work with?

Any prop firm that uses Tradovate for execution. FundedNotes users journal Apex, Tradeify, MyFundedFutures, and other Tradovate-routed firms via live read-only Tradovate sync or CSV import, often with multiple accounts per firm.
