TradeDay Tracker

Track your TradeDay accounts without the spreadsheet juggling.

FundedNotes reads your Rithmic-routed TradeDay history and lays out end-of-day drawdown distance, daily loss room, and net P&L next to a per-account journal. Read-only Rithmic sync is live; broader auto-sync is on the way.

Live Rithmic sync for hands-off updates

Since TradeDay runs on Rithmic, FundedNotes can keep your account current through its live read-only sync. Trades and balances refresh in the background, sparing you the routine of exporting and uploading a CSV after every trading day.

Planning around an end-of-day floor

An end-of-day drawdown means your floor only moves when you close higher, so the cushion you wake up with is a stable number you can build a plan around. FundedNotes reports that distance clearly so each session begins with a concrete risk budget.

A portfolio view for serious scaling

As you add TradeDay accounts, FundedNotes keeps every one separate for detailed review yet sums them for the bigger picture. You can compare accounts against each other and still see how the entire book is trending in a single glance.

Read-only by principle

Everything FundedNotes does is observation, not action. The live Rithmic sync reads your data, CSV import covers any other case, and the wider broker auto-sync we are building keeps the same read-only boundary — never trading, never touching funds.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect a TradeDay account to FundedNotes?

TradeDay routes through Rithmic, and FundedNotes already offers a live read-only Rithmic sync, so your fills and balances can flow in automatically. If you prefer to work from a file, the CSV import accepts exported TradeDay history just as readily.

Does FundedNotes model TradeDay's end-of-day drawdown accurately?

Yes. TradeDay uses an end-of-day drawdown, where the floor adjusts off your closing balance rather than chasing intraday peaks. FundedNotes calculates the distance to that floor after each session so you start the next day knowing exactly how much loss room you carry.

Can I keep evaluation and funded TradeDay accounts side by side?

Absolutely. Add each account and FundedNotes tracks them independently, with their own floors, daily limits, and journals, while still totalling them into a single portfolio view for a quick read on overall performance.

Does the Rithmic sync have any ability to place trades?

None. The sync is read-only and pulls in your completed trades and balances only. FundedNotes does not place, modify, or cancel orders and never initiates any movement of funds in any account.

Will importing only recent trades leave gaps in my journal?

No. You can export as far back as you like and FundedNotes ingests the whole range in one pass, so your TradeDay journal stays complete instead of starting from the day you signed up.
