Apex Tracker

Track every Apex Trader Funding account from one dashboard.

FundedNotes tracks Tradovate-routed Apex accounts and gives you a view of net liquidation, trailing drawdown distance, daily loss room, and a per-account journal — across every evaluation and PA you run. Live read-only Tradovate sync pulls your fills on demand, or import via CSV.

Built for the Apex multi-account reality

Most Apex traders run more than one account. FundedNotes is structured to show each one independently — net liq, trailing floor, daily P&L, journal — while rolling them up into a single portfolio view so you can see how the whole stack is performing.

Trailing drawdown the way Apex actually computes it

The trailing floor is Peak Equity − Trailing Spread until the account hits the EOD lock at the safety net. FundedNotes uses the firm formula so the Distance to Drawdown matches what your Apex portal shows you.

Journal across evaluation and PA phases

The same review workflow runs across evaluation and Performance Account (PA) phases. Trades, notes, mistakes, and consistency metrics carry forward, so you keep one discipline-focused process from the first eval day through payouts.

Read-only and safe by design

FundedNotes's Tradovate integration is read-only at the OAuth scope level. No order routing, no fund movement, no settings changes — only your completed trade history and current balances. CSV import is available too whenever you prefer it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I track Apex in FundedNotes?

Since Apex routes execution through Tradovate, read-only Tradovate sync is live: click "Sync & Read Trades" and FundedNotes pulls your fills and balances on demand (read-only OAuth — never placing orders or moving funds). You can also export your Apex trade history and import it via CSV — either way FundedNotes builds your drawdown, P&L, and journal from there.

Does FundedNotes show the Apex trailing drawdown correctly?

Yes. FundedNotes computes the trailing floor as Peak Equity − Trailing Drawdown Spread (typically $2,500 for $50K accounts, $1,500 for $25K). That matches the rule you're evaluated against, not Tradovate's end-of-day locked threshold — which can diverge by hundreds of dollars when your account has hit a prior intraday peak.

Can I track multiple Apex PA accounts at once?

Yes. With read-only Tradovate sync, a single Apex login's PA accounts pull on demand when you click "Sync & Read Trades"; you can also import each PA account via CSV. FundedNotes groups them by account name while still showing combined performance.

How often do balances update?

You refresh on demand: click "Sync & Read Trades" to pull your latest fills via read-only Tradovate sync, or import an updated CSV whenever you want. Either keeps drawdown distance and net liquidation in lockstep with your Apex / Tradovate portal.

Can I import my Apex history?

Yes. Export your trade history from the firm portal and import it via the CSV path — FundedNotes ingests everything you export so your full history lands in the journal.
