Track MyFundedFutures evaluation and Master accounts in real time.

FundedNotes tracks Tradovate-routed MyFundedFutures accounts and surfaces net liquidation, drawdown distance, daily P&L, and a per-account journal. Live read-only Tradovate sync pulls your fills on demand, or import via CSV.

Evaluation, Funded, and Master phases supported
Per-account calendar, P&L, and journal review

Built for the MyFundedFutures workflow

MFFU’s evaluation and Master phases all run on Tradovate execution. Sync your trades on demand via read-only Tradovate sync or import them via CSV, and FundedNotes lays out the same data the firm portal sees for review: net liq, drawdown distance, daily P&L, calendar performance, and a per-account journal.

Drawdown calculation that matches the firm

FundedNotes computes the trailing rule (peak − spread) from your imported trades instead of Tradovate’s broker-level locked threshold, so the Distance to Drawdown matches the MFFU portal intraday.

Multi-account roll-up

If you run several MFFU accounts — evaluation, multiple Funded, or both — FundedNotes rolls them up into a single portfolio view while still letting you drill into any one of them.

Safe by default

FundedNotes’s Tradovate integration is scoped read-only — no order routing, no fund movement, no settings changes, just performance and journaling on top of your existing MFFU setup. CSV import is available too whenever you prefer it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I track MyFundedFutures in FundedNotes?

MyFundedFutures uses Tradovate for execution. Read-only Tradovate sync is live: click "Sync & Read Trades" and FundedNotes pulls your account list, fills, and balances on demand via a read-only OAuth flow. You can also keep your journal current by importing a CSV export of your trade history.

Does FundedNotes handle MyFundedFutures EOD drawdown?

Yes. FundedNotes computes the trailing floor as Peak Equity − Trailing Drawdown Spread, which matches MFFU’s evaluation rule. Sync on demand via read-only Tradovate sync or import an updated CSV, and the Distance to Drawdown number stays in line with what MFFU shows.

Can I track multiple MFFU accounts at once?

Yes. Use live read-only Tradovate sync on demand for each MFFU account, or import a CSV for each separately — FundedNotes groups them by account name while showing combined performance across all of them.

How fresh is the data?

You refresh on demand: click "Sync & Read Trades" to pull your latest fills via read-only Tradovate sync, or import an updated CSV export. Either way, net liquidation and drawdown distance update to match the firm portal.

Will my MFFU trade history backfill?

Yes. Export your trade history from MFFU and import it via CSV — FundedNotes ingests everything you export, so there is no lookback limit on what you can bring in.
