Per-account calendar, P&L, and journal review

Built around the Tradeify ruleset

Tradeify’s trailing drawdown locks at the EOD safety net but evaluates intraday against the live trailing rule. FundedNotes computes the live rule from your imported trades so you can stay aware of how much room you actually have at any point in the day.

Journal every Tradeify session

Each Tradeify trade can be tagged with setup, mistake, session, and notes. The calendar review surfaces session-by-session performance so you can see whether your edge is real or coming from one good week.

Drawdown distance from your imported trades

Sync your trades on demand or import your trade history, and FundedNotes shows your floor and your distance to it without keeping Tradeify’s portal open in another tab.

Read-only by design

FundedNotes’s Tradovate sync is read-only at the OAuth level — no order routing, no fund movement, no account-settings access, only completed trade history and account snapshots. CSV import is available too whenever you prefer it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I track Tradeify in FundedNotes?

Tradeify uses Tradovate for execution. Read-only Tradovate sync is live: you authorise from Tradeify’s Tradovate environment and, whenever you click "Sync & Read Trades", FundedNotes pulls your account list, fills, and balances on demand. You can also keep your journal current by importing a CSV export of your trade history.

Does FundedNotes show the Tradeify trailing drawdown correctly?

Yes. FundedNotes computes the live trailing floor as Peak Equity − Trailing Drawdown Spread (e.g. $2,000 on a $50K Lightning), which matches the rule Tradeify evaluates you against. We don't use Tradovate's broker-level end-of-day locked threshold; that one can diverge by hundreds of dollars from the live portal number.

Are Lightning, Straight to Sim Funded, and live phases all supported?

Yes. They're all Tradovate-routed accounts as far as FundedNotes is concerned, and the same journal + risk dashboard works across every phase.

Can I track multiple Tradeify accounts?

Yes — Elite plans track any number of Tradovate accounts, and you can pair separate Tradeify accounts with other prop firms in the same FundedNotes account. Use live read-only Tradovate sync on demand for each, or import a CSV.

How fresh is the data?

You refresh on demand: click "Sync & Read Trades" to pull your latest fills via read-only Tradovate sync, or import an updated CSV export. Either way, your drawdown distance and net liq stay in line with what Tradeify’s portal shows.
