4PropTrader Tracker

Bring all your 4PropTrader numbers together in one place.

FundedNotes takes your 4PropTrader trades — loaded by CSV today — and lays out the metrics that decide each account: how far you sit from the drawdown line, how much daily loss room remains, your net P&L, and a journal stored per account. As 4PropTrader runs on Rithmic and Tradovate, read-only Rithmic sync is live now, with wider broker auto-sync coming next.

Built for whichever 4PropTrader program you are on

4PropTrader sits in the US futures prop-firm space, where evaluation rules can differ between trailing-drawdown and end-of-day-drawdown structures. FundedNotes shapes its distance-to-drawdown math around the specific program an account belongs to, so the figure you act on reflects how that particular 4PropTrader account is being judged.

Import by CSV now, read fills via Rithmic

From day one you can load 4PropTrader trades through CSV import. And because execution flows through Rithmic, our live read-only Rithmic connection can read those fills directly with zero order routing and no fund access. Broader broker auto-sync is in active development, so more of your routing will soon be covered automatically.

Knowing your daily room before the bell

When a 4PropTrader account runs an end-of-day drawdown, the daily loss limit is the line that quietly ends most accounts. FundedNotes keeps that remaining room visible next to your net P&L, so the decision to take or skip a final trade is informed by an actual figure rather than a hunch about how much you have left.

Continuity from the test into payouts

Your 4PropTrader journal does not reset when an account graduates. The notes, tags, and consistency scoring you accumulate during the evaluation carry forward into the funded stage, keeping the same discipline in view once real payouts depend on it and leaving every trade reviewable in one place.

Frequently asked questions

Does FundedNotes cover the drawdown types 4PropTrader uses?

4PropTrader is a futures prop firm, and its evaluations may apply either a trailing drawdown or an end-of-day drawdown depending on the program. FundedNotes calculates your gap to the line using whichever rule governs the account in question, so the distance you read is grounded in that account’s actual terms rather than a generic estimate.

How does my 4PropTrader data reach FundedNotes?

Today you bring it in by CSV: export your trade history from the 4PropTrader platform and import the file, which sorts your fills into a per-account layout. Because 4PropTrader executes through Rithmic, our read-only Rithmic sync can also read fills directly, and we are extending auto-sync to more brokers over time.

Can I run several 4PropTrader accounts side by side?

Absolutely. Every evaluation and funded account is tracked on its own for journaling, drawdown distance, and daily loss room, while FundedNotes still adds them together into one combined view. That makes it simple to manage a stack of 4PropTrader accounts without losing sight of any single one.

Could FundedNotes ever act on my 4PropTrader account?

No. FundedNotes is a read-only journaling and analytics product. The Rithmic connection is read-only by design, so we can show your fills and balances but are unable to place, change, or cancel an order, and we never have access to move money in your 4PropTrader account.

Will it handle a mix of micro and mini contracts?

Yes. Whether a session was all micros or you stepped up into minis, each fill flows into the same journal and feeds the same drawdown and consistency calculations. Your entire 4PropTrader history stays unified no matter how contract sizes varied.
