Built for FundedNext traders who run multiple accounts

FundedNext's futures programme attracts traders who already run accounts on other prop firms. FundedNotes is structured to track each account independently — own net liq, trailing floor, journal — while rolling everything up into a portfolio view so the whole stack lives on one screen.

Trailing drawdown matched to the firm rule

The trailing floor uses Peak Equity − Trailing Spread, matching the rule FundedNext evaluates against. FundedNotes computes this from your imported trades using the live formula, not the broker EOD lock, so the Distance to Drawdown is what the firm portal shows.

One journal across evaluation and funded

The same review workflow applies through evaluation and into the funded account. Trade notes, mistakes, tags, and consistency tracking carry forward so the process you build in evaluation continues directly into the funded phase.

Read-only and safe by design

FundedNotes's Tradovate integration is read-only at the OAuth scope level — no order routing, no transfers, no settings changes, only your completed trade history and current balances. CSV import is available too whenever you prefer it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I track FundedNext Futures in FundedNotes?

FundedNext's futures programme routes execution through Tradovate. Read-only Tradovate sync is live: click "Sync & Read Trades" and FundedNotes pulls your fills and balances on demand (official OAuth, read-only scope — FundedNotes cannot place orders, transfer funds, or change account settings). You can also keep your journal current by importing a CSV export of your trade history.

Does FundedNotes track the FundedNext trailing drawdown correctly?

Yes. FundedNotes computes the trailing floor as Peak Equity − Trailing Spread, the rule FundedNext evaluates against in their portal. The Tradovate broker UI shows its own EOD-locked threshold, which can diverge from the live firm rule by hundreds of dollars intraday. FundedNotes uses the live formula so Distance to Drawdown matches what FundedNext shows.

Can I track multiple FundedNext accounts?

Yes. Use live read-only Tradovate sync on demand for each FundedNext account, or import a CSV for each — FundedNotes tracks each one independently (own trailing floor, daily P&L, journal) while rolling them up into a combined portfolio view across every firm.

How do I refresh my FundedNext data?

You refresh on demand: click "Sync & Read Trades" to pull your latest fills via read-only Tradovate sync, or import an updated CSV export. Either way, your drawdown distance and net liquidation update to match.

Can I backfill historical FundedNext trades?

Yes. Export your trade history from the FundedNext firm portal and import it via CSV — FundedNotes ingests everything you export, so there is no lookback limit on what you can bring in.
