How the FundedNotes read-only Rithmic integration works.

What does the Rithmic connection do?

It lets FundedNotes read your account and executed trade history from Rithmic so you can journal and analyse your trades. It is read-only — FundedNotes never places, modifies, or cancels orders.

Which “system” do I choose when connecting?

Your Rithmic system is your prop firm (e.g. Apex, Tradeify, Topstep, Bulenox, Earn2Trade). Pick the firm that issued your account. Direct Rithmic users choose “Rithmic 01” (live) or “Rithmic Paper Trading” (evaluation).

Do I need a paid market-data subscription?

Yes. Rithmic’s R | Protocol API does not work on demo — your account needs an active (paid) Rithmic market-data subscription to log in. This is arranged through your broker or prop firm.

Are my credentials safe?

Your Rithmic password is encrypted at rest and is only used to read your trade history on your behalf.

How do I disconnect?

Go to Accounts → Connections, then use Disconnect (pauses syncing) or the ✕ to delete the connection entirely.
